Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
There are no refunds or exchanges on personalized items unless the item is defective. I do not issue refunds for non-delivery of items if I have proof of shipment. Once I put it in the mail, I am not responsible for the item. Items that are shipped domestically in the US have tracking included. I do purchase insurance on the items and if your item was not delivered I will file an investigation with the USPS and your refund will be based on the outcome of the investigation.
Due to the conditions of Covid 19, no refunds or returns will be honored for the face masks. All sales of masks are final.
